Booking lines for the 7th East Grinstead and District Lions Club Prostate Screening event are now OPEN - follow the link below.
There will be a total of 1,000 bookings available - but PCaSO are releasing the slots a hundred at a time: if you can't book straight away, try again later when more slots have been released.
 
See what our administrators who carry out the blood tests say: 'You are at increased risk of prostate cancer if you have family history of prostate, breast or ovarian cancer, or have African Caribbean heritage, or have potential symptoms such as issues passing water'.

New Club President

Out-going Club President, Sharan Billings, was delighted to handover over the chain of office to in-coming President, Nick Gibson. Sharan had been the Club's President for two years and was the first female in the Club to hold the role.

 Lions Fun Day at the Oasis Academy, Old Coulsdon

 

East Grinstead & District Lions together with the Bromley Caterham Oxted and Godstone and Horley Lions Clubs ran their annual Lions Clubs Zone 2B Fun Day for young people with special needs.Held at the Oasis Academy Old Coulsdon six teams took part Ducklys Farm Young Epilepsy (St Piers) Addington Valley Academy Clifton Hill School and Surrey Choices (2 teams). It was lovely to see the senior students assisting in organising the games and the many supporters including EG Mayor Cllr John Belsey who cheered everyone on.
